Access to health care, quality of health care and overall community health are critical components of a region's well being.

The Ochs Center has worked closely with the Chattanooga region's leading providers of health care services over the years. Ochs Center staff led efforts related to Youth Risk Behavior Surveys and Behavior Risk Factor Surveillance surveys in the region.

The Ochs Center has conducted research on the uninsured population, both for the local Project Access program and for Academy Health.
